Terms of use

The terms that apply when customers and independent sellers use REDRIVE.

Last updated: 22 October 2026

1. Marketplace role

REDRIVE provides a digital marketplace where independent sellers and rental operators publish vehicle information. REDRIVE does not own the listed vehicles and a shop approval does not certify ownership, vehicle condition, government licensing, tax registration or inspection.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials and use the platform only for lawful purposes. Store owners must have authority to publish their business details, vehicle information and photographs.

3. Listings and prices

Vehicle descriptions, availability, expected prices, rental rates, inspection statements, warranties and photographs are supplied by sellers. A price proposal is an expression of interest; it is not a payment, auction bid or completed purchase. Confirm the final price and written terms directly with the seller.

4. Verify before transacting

Before paying or taking delivery, verify the seller, registration certificate, ownership, insurance, permits, vehicle condition, service history and transfer documents. Rental customers should also confirm licence eligibility, deposit, mileage limits, permitted use, cancellation and insurance exclusions.

5. Payments, cancellations and warranties

Unless REDRIVE expressly states otherwise for a specific service, payments and vehicle transactions occur directly between the customer and seller. Seller or operator terms govern refunds, cancellations, deposits and warranties, subject to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

6. Prohibited conduct

Do not publish misleading or unlawful listings, impersonate another person, upload content without permission, interfere with platform security, scrape personal data, or use REDRIVE to facilitate fraud or prohibited transactions.

7. Removal and suspension

REDRIVE may hide listings or suspend accounts when information appears misleading, unlawful, unsafe or inconsistent with these terms. Users may report concerns through the Contact page.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by applicable Indian law. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer or data-protection rights.
