1. Data we collect

We collect the account identifiers and contact details you provide, store profiles, vehicle listings and photos, booking requests, price proposals, support messages, and technical information needed to secure and operate the service.

2. Why we use it

We use this information to create and secure accounts, display listings, connect customers with sellers, process requests, prevent abuse, provide support, comply with legal obligations and improve service reliability.

3. Sharing

Listing information is public as indicated in the publishing controls. Customer proposal or booking details are shared with the relevant seller or service provider. Service providers such as hosting, database and image-storage vendors process data for REDRIVE under their service arrangements. We may disclose information when legally required.

4. Contact-number visibility

A seller’s full contact number is available to signed-in users when the listing permits it. Public visitors are directed to sign in. Store owners and platform administrators can access management information needed to operate the listing.

5. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the stated purposes, security, dispute handling and applicable legal obligations. Deleting an account removes login access and public profile data. Limited transaction or audit records may be retained where lawfully required, with account links removed where practicable.

6. Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction or deletion, withdraw optional consent, and raise a grievance through Contact REDRIVE. You can delete an eligible customer or store account from the Account deletion page after signing in.

7. Security and children

We use reasonable safeguards and restrict account-management access. REDRIVE is not intended for children to independently enter vehicle transactions. A parent or lawful guardian should contact us about a child’s personal data.

8. Grievances and updates

Use the Contact page for privacy or grievance requests. We may update this notice when the service or applicable requirements change; the current revision date appears above.
