Choose the right account type and follow these steps to get back to REDRIVE.
Customer accounts
Sign in using your email address, username or phone number and password. New to REDRIVE? Select “Create an account” on the sign-in page.

Use account recovery with the email linked to your account. Existing accounts without a password should set one through recovery before signing in.
Recover your accountShop owners & administrators
Select “Shop owner” or “Admin” on the sign-in page. Shop owners can use a Store ID, username, phone number or email. Select the matching account type when recovering a password.

Passwords need at least eight characters. Never share your password or email verification code. If you still cannot sign in, contact our team.
